A:You can purchase your eTicket anytime within 6 months of the date you want to use it, even on the very day you want to take the tour or visit the attraction.
Q: The only date on my eTicket is the date of purchase. How can I put in the date I want to use the eTicket?

A: When an eticket voucher is purchased for a group, the person named on the eticket voucher as the "Ticket User" must redeem it for the entire group. Individual eTickets for each person in a group are unnecessary. Once the eticket voucher is redeemed each person receives a boarding pass that gives them access on and off the trolley and they can separate.
Q:I could not use my eTicket. What should I do?
A:All Trusted Tours & Attractions etickets are good for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you purchased tickets and were simply unable to use them, you can keep your tickets and use them on a future visit, or give them as gifts (and you'll also avoid any price increases). The Hometown Pass allows the member to go on the Historic Tours of America Tour for free when accompanied by an adult, paying guest. Just log onto www.HometownPass.com , fill out the online form and you will receive a user name and password by return email. Then log back into the website, put your password in and print out your Hometown Pass. Carry the Pass with you, along with your photo ID, and you will be able to travel for free with a paying adult guest. Anyone in your household can have one.

A:The Old Town Trolley Tour is a fully-narrated, on-and-off tour. You may hop on and hop off at any trolley stop throughout the day. The DC Ducks, San Diego Seals, and the Key West Conch Tour Train are non-stop, fully-narrated tours, without hop-on-hop-off access.
